8. Was Theresa Allore the Victim of a Multi-Provincial Serial Killer?

Was there a connection between sexual assault and murder cases in Quebec in the 1970's and Alberta in the 1990s? Instead of multiple murderers, is there a chance that there could have been one serial killer and serial rapist involved in many of the still-open cases?

One of the siblings of a victim seems to think so and we take that even a step further with more names and more open cases. Will we ever know for sure? The man that COULD be at the centre of it all passed away in prison in 2015.
